At Hibeauty.lk We , customer satisfaction is our top priority. We generally do not accept returns. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we may offer a return and refund policy in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Items marked as final sale, gift cards, or personalized products are not eligible for returns.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on used or opened skincare products.

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] within 2 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).
  3. Our team will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back using a trackable shipping method.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the refund or exchange within 2 business days.

4. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
  • If you receive a refund, a restocking fee of 10% may apply in certain cases.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

"The following items are not eligible for returns, except in cases of wrong purchase: "Opened or used skincare products.”

  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Opened or used skincare products.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging for review.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • If we issue a prepaid return label, the cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return delivery.
